Artist Spotlight - Tiara Nelson "Beauty Freek"

You know there are some really really dope artists on Instagram and other social media platforms who I feel are SO dope, but sometimes are just off in the Cut chillin’. This week I would like to shine some light on My Boo Tiara Nelson aka "The Beauty Freek."

Tiara (pronounced like the crown) is not playing in these streets! Her work reflects stylish looks that are modern and hot! Tiara has grown tremendously from the time I first met her at Jasmine Ashley Salon on Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, California. Starting off her career as a makeup artist, Tiara has transformed herself into a really dope artist that does beautiful haircuts and specializes in short hair. She has been educated by great artist such at Najah Aziz, Khimandi, Andre Edwards, and Jasmine Ashley. This has elevated her technical skills and knowledge when it comes to cutting short hair. Talk about someone dedicated to the craft. Tiara’s looks are soft, chic, with a touch of flare.

Tiara has a really dope personality! She can also give you some great conversation and consideration when servicing you in her chair. Tiara is known for being down to earth with an empathetic ear that can definitely make you feel right at home.

Tiara's journey as a creative artist has also inspired her peers with her head turning hairstyles. Always very fly, she motivates others to turn up that flavor a little bit. The Beauty Freek is based right here in Los Angeles and her blessed hands would be very excited to do some short hair magic on you.

More of Tara’s work can be seen online on Instagram @thebeautyfreek.
